I would recomand the place. The hotel was well-maintained and modern and overlooked mountain. The employees at the venue were helpful. The location was particularly good, a short way from Visit Colorado Springs. I appreciated that the hotel was 21 minutes drive from the airport.

Central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room, wonderful location. Down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed: )

I was frustrated with my stay. To make matters worse, the breakfast wasn't being replenished, leaving us with a limited selection all morning. I also had to argue with the front desk regarding my room reservation, as they initially tried to give me a different room than what I paid for, unacceptable.

The hospitality here was fantastic. The breakfast had made-to-order options, and I loved that there was a beautiful rooftop bar offering stunning views. I did notice that one of the elevators was out of service during my visit, leading to some inconveniences.

Breakfast wasn't replenished-what a treat. And you'd think, as a guest, I'd at least be greeted with a complimentary drink for all this chaos, but I guess the staff prefers to just ignore my comforts. Just couldn't recommend it, honestly.

The rooftop bar offers fine views that are perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen in the suite is fully stocked.
The exercise room could use better signs as it took some time to locate. Pillow options didn't cater well to side sleepers, leaving me searching for comfort throughout the night. The breakfast portions might leave you wanting more. They felt a touch on the small side.

We had a comfy night in the Standard King Room. The hot breakfast options were delicious, really kickstarted our day. Ivan from the staff was super helpful. Just wish the exercise room had clearer signs, got a bit lost looking for it!
